Informationen
When friends, having gathered for a chamber music sight-reading session, are confronted with a composer unknown to them, their reaction is usually dismissive. But if, once they've played the piece, they are thrilled and want to play it again, that shows it was a worthwhile attempt, especially when the viola player writes «this is simply splendid music» into the score. This was our experience with this quartet.
