Felice de Giardini studied in Milan and Turin, but then settled in England. There he was one of the leading composers of the gallant style in England alongside Johann Christian Bach and Friedrich Abel. These duos enrich the repertoire of chamber music for the medium range. They captivate with their independent and interesting voice leading.
